We are based in Scottsdale just north of Old Town.  In the Phoenix metro area we handle sales and manage single family homes, condos and multi-family apartments buildings. 

Our SALES strengths include negotiation tactics and contacts from being in business so long!  We're willing to hustle so you don't miss opportunities. Many of our transactions get done without ever hitting the public market which saves clients money.  Because we handle a lot of investment property we often know about upcoming sales opportunities.  When market forces or seller preference make going public the best option, that is the route we take.  We've got great economical referrals for repairs and remodeling and can take care of almost any problem within a couple of days.

Our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT strengths include extremely low vacancy rates, speedy turn-overs, and economical repairs.  We believe in personal contact with tenants and owners.  Tenants are given our cell numbers and we answer our phones seven days a week!   We do our own leasing and screening of prospective tenants.  Having personal relationships with tenants results in tenants alerting us right away about repair needs so we're able to resolve maintenance issues promptly, before problems become more serious and more expensive.  We collected 100% of rents during COVID due to our tenant relationships and ability to steward tenants through rent assistance programs.
